Mmmmmm. Just when you thought brownies couldn't get any better...
Ingredients
4 squares of chopped Baker's Unsweetened Baking Chocolate
3/4 cup Sweet Cream Butter
3 Eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 squares chopped Baker's Semisweet Baking Chocolate
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350. Partially melt unsweetened chocolate with
butter in microwave on medium power (50%) for 3 minutes. Stir until butter
and chocolate are completely melted.
2. Add 3 eggs and stir until well blended. Stir in sugar, flour and nuts
(optional).
3. Spread in a greased 9-x 13-inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
4. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter and 2 squares chopped semisweet
chocolate over brownies while they are still warm. When peanut butter and
chocolate melt, gently swirl a knife over them to create a marbled
topping.
