Marshmallow Fruit Salad

This recipe has been along time favorite in our family and always asked for around the holidays by my son.
Prep and Cook time: 15 minutes prep time. Chill for
several hours or overnight
Makes: 8 servings
This is a terrific salad to keep in the refrigerator for your kid's lunch box, snack or side dish. Make it several hours ahead, so the marshmallows have a chance to soften in the salad.
Ingredients
1 can (30 oz.) fruit cocktail, well drained and blotted dry on paper
towels
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple chunks, well drained and blotted dry
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 pint (1 cup) sour cream
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together.
2. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
