Ingredients

1 boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick (about 1 1/4 pounds)
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon each salt and coarse grind black pepper

Polenta:
2/3 cup yellow cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 tablespoons Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Stir in 2 tablespoons each mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Microwave, uncovered, on medium power (50%) 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cover; let stand 5 minutes.
