Makes: 8 servings
 

Ingredients

6 to 8 Dungeness crabs in the shell (about 2 lb. each), cooked and cleaned, see notes
6 lemons, quartered lengthwise

Instructions

Rinse the crabs under cool running water to remove loose bits of shell; pat dry. Arrange the crabs on a large platter and lay the reserved back shells on top. Garnish with lemon wedges.
