Ingredients
1 package (10 oz.) refrigerated pizza dough, or 1
package (1 lb.) frozen white bread dough, thawed
2 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken
1 cup Honey Smoke or Honey Mustard Barbecue Sauce
1 yellow bell pepper (6 oz.), stemmed, seeded, halved, and thinly sliced
1/2 lb. Primo Taglio Hot Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup lightly packed fresh cilantro sprigs
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Press dough over bottom
and up sides of an unboiled 10- by 15-inch rimmed pan or a 14-inch-diameter pizza
pan. Pierce dough with a fork at 2-inch intervals. Bake on the bottom rack of
oven until light golden, about 10 minutes.
2. Mix chicken with barbecue sauce. Spread mixture evenly in baked crust.
Arrange pepper slices over sauce, then cover evenly with cheese. Bake on the
bottom rack of oven until cheese bubbles, about 15 minutes. Garnish with
cilantro. Cut into rectangles or wedges.
